Perfect for your Cyprus holiday, this is an airy, spacious and well-planned apartment on the first floor of a small, quiet development with a communal pool. Brand new, it is luxuriously furnished and fully air-conditioned. With 2 bedrooms and a plush leather sofabed, you can easily sleep 6 in comfort.
The interior comprises an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, teapot, toaster etc. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are all provided.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have generously proportioned, built in wardrobes. The leather sofabed in the lounge area will comfortably sleep an additional two people.
The veranda can be accessed through patio doors from the lounge or also the master bedroom. Out here, you will find table, chairs and a wonderful sea view. The West facing aspect gives beautiful warm evenings, ideal for your al fresco dining!
Towels and bed linen are provided, however please bring your own beach towels.
A welcome pack of basic supplies (water, milk, tea etc) can be provided for a small charge, ready for your arrival.
This apartment is also our holiday home and we respectfully request that you do not smoke inside.
